New Morrowing Plug-In: Balmora Stock Exchange

This plug-in adds a building just inside the north gates of Balmora. It's a place where players can buy and sell shares of the three Great Houses of Morrowind: Hlaalu, Redoran, and Telvanni. Make sure you read the guide in
